Genius First Light is a joint venture between Genius Homes and rising-star architects First Light Studio to create contemporary pre-fabricated homes for young families who are facing skyrocketing land prices and building costs. People desiring smart eco homes, but being offered dull, uninspiring and inefficient houses from group builders, that don’t adapt with life, and lack any sympathy for their surrounds.

Remarkable Living, Remarkably Fast

Inspired by the target region of Queenstown lakes, the brand idea ‘Simply Remarkable Living’ encapsulated the promise of beautiful family living that should be delivered in a remarkable five month timeframe from signoff.

After leading a process to create and test the brand story and key propositions with customers, Foundational worked with design partner Forever After to create a design system, photography, product guides, brand guidelines and a website for this new venture.
